Accessing and Using AmazonDrops Skin Care website
Please read our Privacy Policy before using any part of this website, including completing any customer registration with us and/or placing any order on the website, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

*Product Availability
**Any item sold on our website is subject to availability. Prices on our website remain in effect as the merchandise is available or otherwise stated on our website. If the product you have ordered are not available we reserve the right of either refund your credit card or contact you and ship the product ans soon it becomes available.

*Processing an Order
**We make all possible to process and ship your order within 3 business days of receipt on regular season and 5 business days in Holidays Season.

*Domestic Shipping
** Orders are shipped within the USA either via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail. Fees are shown at the checkout process and reflect the fees practiced by US Postal Service according to the weight of the item(s) and destination ZIP code and it will include Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.

**Please be sure to provide a street address for all orders. If you need an order to be delivered  to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, Please contact us prior place an order for proper arrangements. We will ship all orders and you will receive an email with a track number and further details about the shipment.

*International Shipping

***International Orders will be shipped either International First Class(Parcel post) up to 4 pounds. Over the 4 pounds limit established bt USPS we ship Global Priority Mail. Shipping Fees shown on your Shopping Cart are estimated only. Actual shipping cost will be assessed after your order is packed and weighted and depending on the destination it may be a few dollars more than that one shown on your shopping cart. You can also contact us BEFORE placing your order. Knowing the items you intend to buy  we can give you a more precise estimate for shipping to your Country.

    If the shipping cost is undercharged less than $5 from the amount shown on your shopping cart, we will ship your order at no additional shipping cost.
    If the actual shipping cost is overcharged more than $5 we will refund your CC.
    If the actual cost of shipping is undercharged more than $5 we will send you an invoice asking you to pay the balance.

**Please be sure to provide a street address for all orders. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We will ship all orders and you will receive an email with a track number and further details about the shipment. Please note International Shipping can be traceable only on USA Territory.

*Customs, Duties and Other Fees
**Either products sold at our website or shipping and handling fees charged to ship your purchase to your DO NOT include importing taxes or duties imposed by authorities in the destination country. If you have any concerns regard duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.

*Delivery Times
**Typically, except for holidays seasons or unusual weather conditions imposed by Mother Nature, orders will arrive to the destination address in 1 week within the USA and 3-4 weeks to another countries if shipped USPS First Class Mail. As you might expect, the faster the service, the higher the shipping rate. *Forms of Payment
**We accept the following payment options: Major Credit Cards VISA, MasterCard  and Discover PayPal – You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account for this method of payment.

*Sales Tax
**California sales tax will be collected on all orders being shipped from California to addresses in California.

*Return Policy:
**You satisfaction is our priority and we will keep it simple. If you are happy, so will us.  If for any reason you are not happy with your item due to a AmazonDrops Organic Skin Care's fault, simply send it back, unopened and unused, within 7-days of delivery. We will refund full product price plus the shipping fees to send the item back if your return the item due to AmazonDrops Organic Skin Care's fault. Full refunds will be available for up to 7-days from the day you receive your order. You MUST request a Returned Merchandise Form number either by  email at   This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone (323) 528-0049 during this 7-day period to qualify for a refund. Sorry, returned products  with out a RMF  will not be accepted.

**Please, send your returning item using a reliable carrier that offers tracking. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at our warehouse in their original condition. Sorry, no refunds will be available after the 7-day period has expired.

**Unpacked products,  totally and/or partially used do not qualify for refunds. Sorry, no exceptions.

*Delivered Merchandise
**Please immediately inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the invoice/check list is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

*Issuance of Credit
** All refunds will be issue at the same way you paid for the item(s). Credit cards will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from us for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received at the our warehouse. If you are interested in exchanging one product for another, you will need to return the unwanted item and submit a completely new order for the product you would like to purchase.
